We are aware that very occasionally accidents can occur in transit, and if your picture from The Day That arrives damaged, we will follow a simple resolution for you:
In the unlikely scenario that our beautiful photographs are simply unwanted, we will try and work with you on a replacement. Due to the personalised nature of every product, it is not something that we can resell and therefore rather than saying a flat ‘no’, we will look to see how we can resolve issues around an unwanted gift.

Before ordering please carefully check the preview of your chosen image and any personalisation added to confirm you are happy with your photograph. We can’t be held liable for any mistakes or typos that are provided to us, but if we spot anything that looks a bit strange we will attempt to contact you about it before printing.
The cutoff for ordering any prints to arrive before Christmas has unfortunately now passed. You can still place orders but these will likely arrive early January.
