When something isn't quite right...
Our mission is to deliver a gift in perfect condition that has the wow factor. If these expectations aren’t met, we aim to put it right as soon as possible.

Damages:

Our products go through rigorous QC (Quality Control) procedures and the printing and framing process is conducted in a professional environment. 

We are aware that very occasionally accidents can occur in transit, and if your picture from The Day That arrives damaged, we will follow a simple resolution for you:

  1. Get in touch with us by emailing studio@thedaythat.co.uk or give us a bell in our studio – 01392 793107
  2. Describe the damage or issue as best you can. We always like to ask for a photograph so that we can pass this information on to our partners.
  3. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Returning or Exchange something:

In the unlikely scenario that our beautiful photographs are simply unwanted, we will try and work with you on a replacement. Due to the personalised nature of every product, it is not something that we can resell and therefore rather than saying a flat ‘no’, we will look to see how we can resolve issues around an unwanted gift.

We can’t be held liable for any mistakes or typos that are provided to us, but if we spot anything that looks a bit strange we will attempt to contact you about it before printing.
