What should you say or write?

First and foremost, it needs to come from you. Your tone, your style, your words, your emotion.
We're not here to dictate what you write, but sometimes people like a few pointers, so here goes.
  • Convey why you love the idea. the pictures, the concept, the fact that our photographers are out on the beach at sunrise every day across Cornish beaches. The variety of images you’ve seen on the site – from lovely classic sunrises to dreamy long exposure shots taken during 50mph storms! Why do you love it?
  • Why should your audience love it? Is it something new that they’ve never heard of? Something unique, something different, something special…?
  • How could your audience use the pictures – to commemorate a new baby, a wedding, anniversary, birthday or some other day that has significant meaning?
  • How there is a line of personalisation under the image and this is only limited by your imagination.
  • What the sunrise / dawn of a new day means to you – the start of something new?
  • What sort of dawn do you have – is it sunny / grey / wild / windy – every day is unique. Does it matter if it’s cloudy, is it still art? How does this translate to your child or the day you’re celebrating?
  • What emotion do you feel towards the picture, what memories of the day does it bring back to you? Did it bring happiness, did it bring tears of joy to your eyes?
  • Explain what we do, and why we do it, why it’s such a unique concept. That we’ve photographed well over 5500 sunrises since 2005 and the dedication we put into our work. Quality of the print and frame?
  • How we go out and photograph the sunrise 365 days of the year, no matter the weather. Every day we’re on a mission to capture the beauty of a new dawn.
  • Frames styles and sizes to suit all tastes and budget with prints starting at £35
  • Discount code – mention that you have one and encourage your audience to check out their days.
  • What purpose does it serve, where will you put it? Is it to gift to a love one, what will their reaction be?
  • How does it compare to other personalised gifts – is there anything else like it on the market?
  • If your audience is Cornish, then shout about how we’re a small Cornish brand with international appeal. We’ve shipped to over 40 countries and even have a rather lovely celebrity following!
  • Ideally try and keep the whole #Gifted thing a bit more subtle…. some people like to plaster it all over the place!
  • If in doubt lead with the personalisation line, e.g. XXXX’s first day… and the post will snowball from there.
